Test that use broker nicks are failing on IPv6.
These test are failing on IPv6 since broker nicks defaults to IPv4 network as defined in settings.

    sock.connect((host, port))
E   socket.gaierror: [Errno -5] No address associated with hostname

BTW And I don't have to tell Jake about it I better properly fix it
