Description of problem:

"Recent jobs" card reports only "No results found" even though there are jobs being finished, running or scheduled for the host.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No. Recent jobs card works fine in 6.17

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run remote jobs on a host.
One should finish, one should be still running and one scheduled.

2. Go to the host detail page.

3. Check what jobs are reported on the Overview / Recent jobs card.

Actual behavior:
All three tabs Finished / Running / Scheduled report "No results found".
Expected behavior:
Each tab - Finished / Running / Scheduled - should report one job.

Reloading the page does not fix the problem.
There are no errors in the browser console.
Also no errors in the /var/log/foreman/production.log
