      Description of problem:

When creating a "Virtual NIC", AKA Alias, it's not working for rhel8 and rhel9

      How reproducible:

      100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      Not sure.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Setup your provision environment

      2. Create a new machine via FDI

      3. During the customization, you can add an additional interface, set the "Virtual NIC" pointing to the current one, and also set the name to something like "enp1s0:1"

      Actual behavior:
The interface is set with the initial configuration, and nothing related to alias

      Expected behavior:
The same interface with multiple ip address
