Description of problem:

When moving hosts between organizations, it's causing issues

For instance, Org A and B, then we have the content host on Org A, we can move it to Org B with no problems, when returning the content host to Org A, we can see an error.

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Not sure.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Satellite + Host (here, it could be only the profile created manually, or a registered machine)
2. Unregister the content host (in case you have it registered)
3. Move it to OrgB
4. Move it back to OrgA

Actual behavior:
It will present an error

Expected behavior:
We should be able to move back and forth with no issues.
