Update the Recommended Repositories page to change the Red Hat Satellite Capsule and Red Hat Satellite Maintenance repositories from version 6.17 to 6.18 for RHEL 9

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to Content --> Red Hat Repositories --> Click on Recommended repositories.
•  Search for Red Hat Satellite Capsule and Red Hat Satellite Maintenance Repositories, and check the version.
• Modify the repository's version from 6.17 to 6.18
