Description of problem:

On the Satellite WebUI, the Subscription page shows inconsistent behavior with the Submit and Cancel icons when changes are made to an existing subscription.

Editing entitlements followed by expanding subscription details and scrolling causes Submit/Cancel icons to either not display or disappear, preventing users from finalizing or rejecting changes.

The attached screenshot shows that after editing the entitlements, the Submit/Cancel buttons are not visible.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to Content → Subscriptions in the Satellite WebUI.

• Select and edit an existing subscription entitlement.

• Expand the subscription details.

• Use the mouse scroll to navigate on top or bottom of the page.

Actual behavior:

• The Submit/Cancel icons become invisible or fail to render properly.

• User is unable to complete or discard the changes.

Expected behavior:

Submit/Cancel icons should remain visible and functional even after expanding subscription details and scrolling.
