Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup and configure Satellite for IoP and Vulnerability service

2. Setup manifest, enable and sync a content repos

3. Register a system and create a dummy Vulnerabilities/CVEs on it

4. Navigate to Hosts -> All Hosts page, Select Total CVEs in Insights section in Manage Columns in all hosts or host index page

5. Click on Total CVEs link on all hosts or host index page, and it would navigate to Vulnerabilities tab

6. Click on CVE ID under Vulnerabilities tab on host details page, 

Actual behavior:
It redirects to https://sat.redhat.com/new/hosts/host.redhat.com?limit=20&sort=-public_date#/foreman_rh_cloud/insights_vulnerability/CVE_ID, which is invalid and doesn't works 

Expected behavior:
It should redirects to [https://sat.redhat.com/foreman_rh_cloud/insights_vulnerability|https://sat.redhat.com/foreman_rh_cloud/insights_vulnerability[] which would be a correct navigation for Vulnerabilities/CVE details page
