Description of problem: 

When clicking "Get Started" on the Red Hat Customer Portal Satellite Download page you get a 404.

How reproducible:

Every time

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

The error happens on the latest Satellite version 6.17 and older versions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/250/ver=6.17/rhel---9/6.17.3/x86_64/product-software

2. Click "Get Started" (Link: https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-satellite/get-started) 

3. 404

Actual behavior:
Click on the Hyperlink or the Link itself leads to a 404 instead of the "Get Started" page.

Expected behavior:
Seeing a "Get Started" Page

Business Impact / Additional info:

Probably one of the first links a customer would click on the download page, so severe.
