Description of problem:
When creating a incremental-update one must provide individual erratas ids, which requires extra work to get the list before. As a user I'd like to publish an incremental-update by just providing a type and a severity and get all new matching erratas (since the version was published) included.

How fixable:
Append --errata-type and --errata-security parameters to hammer when publishing a new incremental version.
