The generic katello-devel-stable builds (versioned as 2025.xxxx.xxxx, NOT versioned builds like 4.xx-stable) are currently built manually using a centos7 physical machine under someone's desk in Raleigh. Create a new automation for these stable builds which spins up a Satlab VM, builds a stable box, pushes that box to hashicorp-cloud, and checks in the Satlab VM. Upload and document this automation somewhere and run it periodically on a cron job.
