Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to settings page

2. Update Show new host overview page to yes

3. Go to create host page

4. See the breacrumbs and click on All Hosts

Actual Behaviour

It redirects to /hosts page

Expected Behaviour

It should redirect to /new/hosts as the Show new host overview page setting is turned on.

Additional Summary
If 'Show new host overview page' is enabled in settings, all 'Hosts' breadcrumbs links should go to /new/hosts. But if I go to the Create Hosts page, the breadcrumb at the top shows a link to 'Hosts' that links to the old page(/hosts).
