Description of problem:

We need to specify additional permissions for remote repository mirroring namely view_products and edit_products.

Also noticed the hammer procedure has permissions as requirements but the UI section that comes before doesn't list these.

Section 16.5 Prerequisite section also applies to sections above i.e 16.1 - 16.4:
