Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup and configure Satellite for IoP and Vulnerability service

2. Setup manifest, enable and sync a content repos

3. Register a system and create a dummy Vulnerabilities/CVEs on it

4. Navigate to Insights -> Vulnerability page, click on CVE ID which would redirect to CVE details page 

5. Click on any hosts that are affected by CVE

Actual behavior:
It redirects to https://sat.redhat.com/hosts/4901cd70-2620-4c52-b066-8c1bd4a710d6#/Vulnerabilities, which is invalid and doesn't works

Expected behavior:
Redirects to https://sat.redhat.com/new/hosts/host.redhat.com#/Vulnerabilities, which would be a correct navigation to Vulnerabilities tab on host details page
