Description of problem:

In the new PF5 Settings page, it's possible to fill in " " (that is space) in the fields where it's not valid (and where, with another string, a validation would correctly fail). It is then shown as space (so, nothing) even though by default, it is empty and is shown as "Empty". When I edit the field, the space is still there.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Yes, previously the space was saved as empty

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a Satellite with PF5 Settings

2. Administer -> Settings

3. Fill in "HTTP proxy" = " " and confirm. Notice "Empty" changed to " "

4. Edit it again and notice the pre-filled value is space

5. Fill in "http://test.exmaple.com" and see the correct result

6. Fill in empty string (that is, nothing - as opposed to a single space) and notice "Empty" being shown again

Actual behavior:
Space is saved and treated differently than empty

Expected behavior:
The space preferably shouldn't be saved at all as it isn't valid URI
