Description of problem:

There is a validation on Flatpak Remote create modal which blocks user from adding HTTP remote, only HTTPS is allowed.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Content > Flatpak Remotes.

2. Click Create new button, create modal pops up.

3. Try to add some remote with http URL (http://test.flatpaks.com)

Actual behavior:
Validation won't let you, it says "Must be valid URL".

Expected behavior:
It should be allowed.
