Description of problem:

When I enter a string too long in the new PF5 settings page (and possibly other PF5 pages?), it overflows the screen instead of stripping/wrapping the text.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In webUI, go to Administer -> Settings

2. Change "Login page footer text" to "GjpDIvchkTtoKpHZLPwCkNCssSpVirCrEybIZsBSOXHiFbMQJSZJVycZhOdSqDKKrFiWjvvYcihDRNLKZlxOEvblVpXkCUDRHqXTiHJLKBWiCkoZvmFeOoDaPhxPeRrIFeCOXeWRmmIyGoXhamUJjGvZQWePFBJSXIStRaVNckyVhrJFnOzgZpjEIVzkqXiYjcDhmGonOWmoRAufXdGfodVMvMUSSCBJDeiYPJcBeGmRzXLxkfoJhfRTvgIHeQWzbtXuckywaBKpkp"
