In Chapter 9. Installing the Satellite inventory upload plugin I found:

For a new installation of Satellite, the Satellite inventory upload plugin is installed and enabled by default. No action is required to enable it.

I searched the Satellite 6.17 release notes and the Installing Satellite Server in a connected network environment docs for that information and cannot find it.

I believe this vital information the customer should be able to find before they install.

Please add this information to the release notes and install documentation to customers can be aware and know the default before they finish their information.
