    Exclude filter for packages should exclude dependent packages on the published Content View version.
 
2.  What is the nature and description of the request?
 
    When a package is excluded on a CV version, we might run into dependency errors if the excluded package is necessary for other packages. To avoid this, if a particular package is excluded using filter, the dependent packages should also be excluded. 

3.  Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

    Customer has requirement to exclude certain packages and this sometimes causes dnf/yum update to fail on clients when the excluded packages are required for other packages. To avoid this, they have to manually exclude the dependent packages on each client. 
 
4.  How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
 
    An option to exclude dependent packages as well when an exclude filter is created for a CV.
