Description of problem:

While attempting to provision a host, the network tab does not appear when filling in the interface details. Regardless of the network provided, it always defaults to the preconfigured network, which results in provisioning failure. This issue is visible in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a host group and Libvirt compute resource.

2. Hosts -> Create Host

3. Fill the Host tab using the Host Group

4. Interface -> edit -> There is no network field provided.

Actual behavior:
Network field is not present to add a network.

Expected behavior:
The Network field must be present in order to add a network.

Additional info:

The network option is displayed only after changing the network type; however, it should be visible without requiring any change.
