Description of problem:

While generating Host Vulnerability Report it shows empty.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Satellite UI -> Go to Monitor > Report Templates > Host Vulnerability 

2. Generate and download it.

Actual behavior:
Report generated and shows as empty after regeneration.

Expected behavior:

It should shows vulnerability details which is applicable for hosts

Business Impact / Additional info:
The inability to generate CVE vulnerability reports from Satellite impacts our monthly patch validation and audit workflows. These reports are critical for tracking host compliance and providing visibility to our InfoSec and management teams.

Without this functionality, we are forced to rely on manual checks or external tools, which increases operational overhead and delays reporting timelines.
