Description of problem:
When using katello-tracer-upload to upload the traces on RHEL 10 the dnf plugin fails with error message:
- Failed loading plugin "tracer_upload": No module named 'imp'
How reproducible:
- Client RHEL 10 x86_64 and aarm64
- Satellite 6.17.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install katello-host-tools-tracer
2. Run katello-tracer-upload
Actual behavior:
The command fails with error:
[root@rhel10client:/root]# katello-tracer-upload
Failed loading plugin "tracer_upload": No module named 'imp'
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
No such command: katello-tracer-upload. Please use /usr/bin/dnf --help
It could be a DNF plugin command, try: "dnf install 'dnf-command(katello-tracer-upload)'"
Expected behavior:
Traces should be reported to Satellite
Business Impact / Additional info:
As the clients do not show any traces a customer may think that everything is fine while they may have a security issue due to a missing application or system restart.
