Description of problem:
Obfuscation in optional data collection mode is not honored randomly
 

How reproducible:
Sometimes

After changing around minimal data collection and option data collection, in " optional data collection " mode the obfuscation parameters are not honored even if they are turned on. The report shows fqdn and ip. Packages obfuscation is honored.

• Cloud connector is configured
• Restarting satellite services do not help
• changing around the mode also dont help.

Expected behavior:
Ideally it should always honor the obfuscation.
