Red Hat Satellite 6.18.0 ( stream 106 )
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Enable foreman-plugin-rh-cloud-enable-iop-advisor-engine on Satellite 6.17
# satellite-installer --foreman-plugin-rh-cloud-enable-iop-advisor-engine true
2. Now perform the Satellite Upgrade to 6.18
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Satellite Upgrade gets failed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Satellite Upgrade should be completed successfully.
