Description of problem: The tool tip near 'Remote Execution Interface'  within Register Host page is not aligned and does not match the style of other tool tips on same page

Environment: Satellite 6.18.0 ( stream 106 )

How reproducible: Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version: Looks as expected in older Satellite version **

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Satellite WebUI -> Host -> Register Host -> Advanced

2. Look for 'Remote Execution Interface'

Actual behavior:

The help icon near 'Remote Execution Interface' does not visually match the style or alignment of other tooltips or help icons

Expected behavior:

The help icon near 'Remote Execution Interface' should visually match the style or alignment of other help icons
