As part of our test planning and early validation approach, we need to create test scaffolding for IoP vulnerability service. This includes establishing the foundational structure required to implement automated test cases efficiently once the feature is available or as part of TDD approach

Scope:

• Define test structure using Airgun/Nailgun/Robottelo

• Write failing test cases for key workflows.

• Integrate with CI (if applicable).

• Ensure modular structure for easy extension.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Basic test file and functions are scaffolded.

• Placeholder assertions in place for key paths.

• Tests fail as expected until code is ready.
