Description of problem:
From the WebUi you can only see gpg keys you create ie for EPEL and other 3rd party repos. Doing a ls of the following directory we can see the Red Hat GPG keys are created:

rw-rr-. 1 root root 1164 Sept 10 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-legacy-release
rw-rr-. 1 root root 885 Sept 10 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-legacy-rhx
rw-rr-. 1 root root 3211 Sept 10 2014 RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release

The webui should be able to manage these keys.
