      Removing the tests from RHEV and adding them to Libvirt. Specifically, the three tests listed below rely on a pre-defined VM that was used in the RHEV automation. Since such a VM is not available in Libvirt, we are adding a virtcard scenario to ensure that the created VM in Libvirt has the correct configuration.
