Description of problem:

The Insights configuration has been moved from the Configure submenu to Insights submenu. Please, update navigation in the docs.

Actual behavior:

1. Docs say: Navigate to Configure > Inventory Upload
2. Docs say: Navigate to Configure > Insights
3. Possibly other items

Expected behavior:

1. Docs should say: Navigate to Insights > Inventory Upload
2. Docs should say: Navigate to Insights > Recommendations
3. Fix all Insights navigation affected by the described change
