any type of job using pull provider setup on rhel10 client remains in pending state

yes, seems it started appearing around snap 99, 6.17.1 has it too

Steps to Reproduce:

1. have a pull mode setup with rhel10 client

2. run any job

Actual behavior:
job remains in pending state

Expected behavior:
sucessful execution
