Description of problem:

Insights advisor recommendation is present in hybrid cloud, but not on Satellite insights tab

We can see this is not working on Satellite 6.15, but it's working as expected on Satellite 6.17

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Not sure.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. deploy a rhel7

2. register against your Satellite

3. Be sure to enable to insights sync on Satellite side

Actual behavior:
The advisor information should be visible on hybrid cloud and also on Satellite - Content Hosts - Insights

Expected behavior:
The advisor information is visible on hybrid cloud, but NOT on Satellite - Content Hosts - Insights
