Description of problem:

When we attempt to power off or power on the Libvirt VM through the web UI, the option is clickable, but it doesn't actually perform the action—the VM remains unchanged. Similarly, even when trying to reboot or power on/off the VM directly via Libvirt, the options appear clickable, but no action is executed.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Not sure (This issue exists in libvirt itself, so it should affect all older Satellite versions as well.)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create Libvirt CR

2. Select CR -> Virtual Machines

3. In Actions -> Click the Power On/Off button

Actual behavior:
The VM does not power on or off when the button is clicked.

Expected behavior:
The VM should power on or off when the button is clicked.
