Description of problem:

• Provide documentation steps to rollback/disable Insights on Prem on Satellite 6.17 and later versions.

It may be possible that some customers want to disable IoP since all the services are not yet available on the prem. Currently the documentation does not have steps to disable IoP, so we request to add steps to disable IoP and further steps needed to sync clients back to console.redhat.com.
