Overview

The Content -> Content Types -> Errata page displays 'Apply Errata' even when one erratum is selected. It should say 'Apply Erratum' in this case.

Goals

This is a great introductory feature to allow Chyenne to learn Angular and our PR workflow.

Requirements

1. Go to Content -> Content Types -> Errata and select one erratum.
2. Notice the button functions like a normal button and doesn't have this cool new feature where the text dynamically changes. The button should dynamically change to reflect the number of errata selected.
