Description of problem:

Have a 6.15, 6.16, 6.17 or stream SAT and try to create ORG or LOC via UI.

The page that the user is redirected to after hitting submit is visually unpleasant.

It has leftover border and shadow on the inner div, which I would remove.

It looks like it is left from some wireframe design.

Without the border and shadow, it looks better imo.

1. Try to create ORG or LOC via UI

2. Observe the page that the user redirected to
