[RFE] Support to enable SSO with OIDC from MicrosoftAD , in Red Hat Satellite. 

Customer need to enable SSO on our Satellite 6 with OIDC to our Domain Controller. Both Authentication and Authorization is needed.

Customer provided exact requirements and Business Impact behind reported feature request.

We are required by our to comply with our security guidelines.  
It is required that we use Modern Authentication instead of  Kerberos.  
We are required to authenticate (and authorize) to a specific Admin AD domain.
There is no trust between AD domains and the Admin AD domain.
Only possibility is to use a Modern Authentication Method such as OIDC.
