In the Register Host component, the Download Utility dropdown does not function properly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hosts -> Register Host

2. In Download Utility try to select different value from dropdown

Actual behavior:
The dropdown is not functioning as expected

The dropdown should functioning as expected
