[RFE] To have a more user-friendly steps/process to add the incremental CV updates in the Satellite GUI.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

To have a more user-friendly steps/process to add the incremental updates in the published content-view in the Satellite GUI. We can add a new button in the content-view to do a increment update in the latest version.

3. Why does the customer need this?
It will create a better user-friendly experience for the CU to do a increment update in the content-view

4. How would the customer like to achieve this?

Add a new button in the Content-view to do a incremental update in the latest version. This will avoid confusion in searching incremental updates in the Content > Errata page.

5. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

It will be more user-friendly as all the required things will be there in the content-view tab and will avoid confusions.
