Description of problem:

When importing content in disconnected Satellite in syncable format via hammer, hammer content-import list is empty

In the documentation it expects content to be imported via the webUI however when done via hammer content will be imported and visible via the webUI but not in hammer content-import list output.

1. export content in a syncable format on connected satellite

2. import content via hammer command

Actual behavior:
we can see the content in the webUI but not via 'hammer content-import list'

Expected behavior:
to see the syncable content when 'hammer content-import list'
