Goal:

Build openvox-agent 7 and release it into the client repository as a replacement for puppet-agent to provide continuity for users.

Acceptance Criteria:

• OpenVox Agent 7 is available in the Satellite client v1 repository
• Package upgrade on a client with puppet-agent results in the client system having openvox-agent, and puppet-agent is removed
• foreman_puppet works as before
• Foreman core works as before
• OpenVox Agent works on RHEL-{8,9}

Not in the scope

• Renaming Puppet -> OpenVox
• Any kind of migration
• Puppet agent v8 and Satellite client 2
• No support for RHEL-{6,7,10}
• (RHEL-10 will be added in the future)
