Add support for parameters from puppet-based installer to ansible-based installer
Define whether parameters are mapped into new installer or omitted on purpose

Acceptance Criteria:

All parameters identified from docs should be either mapped or intentionally omitted (= decided upon)
User inputs should be validated
Inputs are documented in the style of "foreman-installer --help" (or a manpage, yaml file with comments…)
Unit tests for the parameter mapping exist
