Description of problem:

 The documentation on Red Hat Satellite web ui for Hosts > Discovered Hosts is pointing to an incorrect URL

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On satellite web ui -> Hosts -> Discovered Hosts -> Documentation

Actual behavior:
It points to:
https://docs.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/provisioning_hosts/discovering-hosts-on-a-network_provisioning
and we get a 404 for this.

While the previous versions of 6.15 point correctly to:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/provisioning_hosts/configuring_the_discovery_service_provisioning
