Tasks to clean up Foreman and d/s Sat repos to prepare for tooling change.

Note: Satellite repo must done as well because the sync script does not delete files. That means old files will accumulate over time. That is why there are 491 modules in the repo. Maybe we should just do this with a script. Alternatively, we could delete all modules and let the sync script repopulate the folder.
