In order to update all the engines, we will need to upload the new insights-client report to the HBI equivalent in IoP.

This will cause Vulnerabilities engine to reevaluate the CVEs.

Testing steps

Do a Package profile upload on the client
This should trigger an inventory upload report for that host.
