      Description of problem:

Following the Satellite upgrade from version 6.15 to 6.16, the content in the PostgreSQL backup directory '/var/lib/pgsql/data-old/base/16385', which was created during the upgrade, continues to be updated regularly.

      How reproducible: Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build a Satellite version 6.15

      2. Upgrade the Satellite version to 6.16

      3. The following directory is created during the upgrade: "/var/lib/pgsql/data-old/base/16385"

      4. Restart the Satellite services or perform any other operation on Satellite

      Actual behavior:
The content within the "/var/lib/pgsql/data-old/base/16385" directory keeps updating if the directory is not removed manually

      Expected behavior:
Since Postgresql update has been completed successfully during upgrade, the content within the "/var/lib/pgsql/data-old/base/16385" directory should not get updated
