Description of problem:

In https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/managing_content/Managing_Custom_File_Type_Content_content-management#Creating_a_Remote_Source_for_a_Custom_File_Type_Repository_content-management  and
https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html/managing_content/Managing_Custom_File_Type_Content_content-management#Creating_a_Remote_Source_for_a_Custom_File_Type_Repository_content-management

we expect end-users to enable satellite-utils-6.15-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms or satellite-utils-6.16-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms and they should be able to install pulp-manifest package from there but the package does not present in the either of those repos.

Actual behavior:

Non of these two repository provides the pulp-manifest package.

Expected behavior:

Either repository information is wrong in the document or else package is missing in the repository.
