Every time the “Inventory Auto Upload” button is clicked.

Steps to Reproduce:

In Satellite 6.16, navigate to Organization X → Subscription → Manage Manifest.

Click the "Inventory Auto Upload" button.

Observe that instead of applying only to Organization X, the change affects all organizations on the Satellite.
