      Description of problem:

"ERF42-0328 [Foreman::Exception]: Name has already been taken" error is showing on "Test Connection" option to check connectivity via HTTP Proxy from Satellite Web UI.

      How reproducible:

       Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      No

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Satellite Web UI > Infrastructure > HTTP Proxies.

      2. Open any existing proxy > Click on "Test Connection" with a whitelisted URL > The error will pop up as ""ERF42-0328 [Foreman::Exception]: Name has already been taken".

      3. Using the same parameters and credential if created a new proxy configuration on Satellite Web UI, the "Test Connection" works fine without any error. This is only applicable on the existing configuration.

      Actual behavior:
If we click on "Test Connection" button in an existing proxy configuration (with or without changing any parameter) the same error is popping up.

      Expected behavior:
If the parameters are correct in the proxy configuration then the "Test Connection" should be executed as successful.

      Business Impact / Additional info:

Customer has changed the credential for their proxy server and tried to update the same from Satellite Web UI also but when Customer tested the connection it throws the error but there was no issue with the credential itself. Instead if we don't modify any parameter, still the error will pop up on testing connection to any URL which is already whitelisted.
