On the inventory uploads page we should hide for disconnected (subscription_connection_enabled = No)

1. Automatic Inventory Upload
2. Configure Cloud Connector
3. Sync all inventory status.
4. Uploading tab

And remove the messages:
To enable this reporting for all Foreman organizations, set Automatic inventory upload to on. The data will be reported automatically once per day.

To manually upload the data for a specific organization, select an organization and click Generate and upload report.
