Description of problem:

Trying to create a scheduled ansible playbook execution, one can't use the legacy form, since when selecting the "Schedule future execution" no options  appear to select date/time

Steps to Reproduce:

1. At the satellite webUI -> Monitor -> Jobs -> Run Job -> Use legacy form 

2. Select job type "Ansible playbook" and any job template

3. At the schedule configuration change to "Schedule future execution". Nothing will happen

Actual behavior:
Can't select future date/time

Expected behavior:
Able to select future date/time
