Description of problem:

After opening a capsule from WebUI, while trying to go through the logged events in the Logs tab, the navigation arrows at the bottom right corner are not working at all. If we change the page number by hand, then the page switches to target number but the arrows never work.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Yes ( It works fine in 6.16 )

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a satellite and capsule 

2. And then try to enable certain features on capsule e.g. shellhooks and puppet etc. 

3. Go to Satellite WebUI --> INfrastructure --> Capsules --> Click open the Capsule -> Go to Logs tab 
4. Use the arrows in the bottom-right corner of the page, to navigate between pages.

Actual behavior:

The arrows are non-functional.

Expected behavior:

They should function the same as they did on the 6.16 or earlier versions.
